Tony May is a legend of the New York restaurant business and epitome of the immigrant story.

Having worked his way up from captain to restaurateur, he has brought legendary status to the Rainbow Room, and, more recently, successfully moved and modernized SD26 in partnership with his daughter, Marisa.
