In this episode we'll explore how to install a Sportster tank on a softail, or better yet, how to prepare and modify
a Sportster (or frisco, wassell, peanut) gas tank to fit on a Softail Harley Davidson motorcycle. We'll also apply a sealing liner inside the fuel tank

In the first part we' have cut the sportster tank open and began the adaptation so that it can be installed on a softail model.
Then we started the manufacturing of the new tunnel.
PART 2
In this second part we will install the tunnel, weld it, powder coat it, we'll coat the inside of the tank with a fuel resistant sealer liner, we'll do pressure tests to make sure there are no leaks and off to the explanation on how to install the Sportster tank on the softail motorcycle.
Finally we proceed with test driving the bike on the streets of Rome.
